Mike Lowrey was first elected to New Carlisle City  Council in 2012 and is currently on his 3rd elected term. Mike is married with three children and has lived in New Carlisle his entire life.  He has been very involved in the community, helping with numerous volunteer based organizations, including the Heritage of Flight Festival committee.
