This New Carlisle Town Hall Meeting starts at 5:30 pm. The regular City Council Meeting will begin at 6:00 pm. New Carlisle City Council Meetings are held at Heritage Hall on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month. The public is encouraged to attend and participate. Attendees will be given the opportunity to voice questions and comments to the Mayor and Council. Please limit comments to 5 minutes or less.
