Finance Department

The City of New Carlisle Finance Department provides accounting and financial management in support of all City operations. This department is responsible for various financial functions including:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll
  • Utility Billing
  • City Income Tax
  • Budget planning and preparation
