Colleen Harris

Colleen started her government career in 1998. After years of growth and several local entities, she worked her way up from the Utility Department to Finance Director Position.

Colleen enjoys working for the public and assisting our Citizens with any questions they may have about the City’s finances. When she is not working, she enjoys flying, traveling and along with her husband, they enjoy their farm.
