The City of New Carlisle maintains 25 miles of roadway, storm water system, 6 parks with numerous amenities, and a cemetery. Maintenance includes mowing of parks, cemetery, and right-of-ways, limb and brush pick up, snow removal, leaf pick up and minor road repairs. The public works department also maintains some of the City’s buildings.
